Meet The Team
We are a multidisciplinary team based on the beautiful Gold Coast. We are all about experiences (at work and in life)! We work with our clients to make business more human and create a more connected world.
Favourite work experiences:
- When a client shifts into a new gear they didn’t realise they had, fuelled by purpose and human connection
- The conversations I have after a workshop or keynote, when people are energised to make a change
- Uncovering customer love for our clients…and shining a light on it
Favourite life experiences:
- When the whole family hits the surf together – the ultimate party wave
- Dancing on the bar tables as the sun sets in an Austrian ski resort
- A live music encore singalong (preferably with someone on my shoulders!)
Favourite work experiences:
- Helping the team shine by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Building genuine working relationships where people feel supported and understood.
- Leaning into growth- always learning, improving, and levelling up!
Favourite life experiences:
- Feeling strong and energised after a good workout.
- Snuggle time and everyday adventures with Chichi & Khaleesi.
- Chasing sunsets by the beach (best therapy!).
- Food trips and travel with my mama!

Deciphering data and making it ‘talk’ in a way that makes clients’ jobs easier
- Unravelling systems and processes then rebuilding them to make them flow in a way that becomes stupidly simple

Belting out a big song and being rewarded with a standing ovation

New experiences such as visiting new countries and seeing snow for the first time!
Favourite work experiences:
- Translating a brief into a smart and impactful design – nailing the emotion that we want to evoke.
- Creative work is creation work, when I bring an idea to life I sleep well.
Favourite life experiences:
- My first big overseas trip
- When my children demonstrate their own character, when they are thriving I am glowing.
- The adventures that await, the excitement of tomorrow.
Favourite work experiences:
- A daily To-Do list with everything crossed off
- Balancing a reconciliation on the first go!
- Mastering a new program (without reading the instructions)
Favourite life experiences:
- Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach
- QTWD (quality time with my dog)
- Any live concert
- The view from the top of any mountain
Favourite work experience:
- Making a positive impact to organisations and inspiring others to do the same.
- I’m passionate about structured organisation and knowledge management. I believe this is crucial for any organisations success.
- Having the freedom and desire for continuous learning and personal development.
Favourite life experiences:
- Travelling Italy with my Nonna for her 80th birthday. Seeing where she grew up and experiencing local Italian culture with my family.
- Becoming an Aunty, I never knew I could love little human’s so much.
- The journey that awaits and all the new experiences and places I will visit in the future.

- My regular ‘RUOK’ check-ins with the team
