Sky Blue Customer Experience Services PTY LTD (‘Sky Blue’) is committed to protecting your information and being clear about what we do with it, it is a vital part of our relationship with you.

This Privacy Policy is for visitors to our website and any external stakeholders to our business, it lets you know what personal information of yours we hold, what we do with it, who we will disclose it to and how you can access the personal information we hold about you.   • We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and services but not for any other use.

We receive and store information as outlined in 3.1. We keep your hard-copy or electronic records on our premises and systems or offsite using trusted third parties. This policy is subject to change. Our Privacy Policy was last updated on the 9th of July 2019. We may modify this policy at any time, at our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on this website.
